You can reach our QuickBooks Online (QBO) live support team for help with adding VAT to your invoices. They will guide you through the process and assist you with tracking taxes effectively.
Our support team can run tests to find out why you can't add VAT to invoices in the new app. Please open your QBO account in a web browser to connect with them.
Here's how:
- Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Select Search and open any article, then press the Contact Us button.
- Select a topic or enter your question in the box and hit Continue.
- Choose the best way you'll want to reach out to us.
They can accommodate you Mondays to Fridays from 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturdays from 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
