I'm here to make sure you're able to see all VAT rates on your report, @helen9.
When you set up VAT, QuickBooks Online automatically sets up a list of common VAT codes for you. If you are on the Flat Rate Scheme, you will find that some of the codes will not post in the same way. As long as you did not inactivate the VAT code, it will show up on your report.
You can check this article for the available VAT codes for the purchases: Common VAT Codes.
If you still getting the same result, we can perform some steps to fix this. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed pages, thus causing some unusual responses. Let's log in to your account using a private browser.
Here's how:
- Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
- Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge
- Command + Shift + N for Safari
Once signed in, let's get back to check if you can see all VAT rates in the report. If it works, go back to your default browser and clear its cache and cookies to refresh the system. If the issue persists, I'd recommend using other supported browsers in accessing the tab.
I've also added this article that can guide you in personalizing your reports: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online.
Please let me know how it goes. I'm always here to help you. Have a great day ahead.
