The switch to Sole Trader resets your dashboard. Since historical records, tags, and data from previous years do not automatically move over, your earlier tax history may appear to have disappeared or merged into your new account.
Quarterly Tax Estimates and Invoices do not migrate. Because these stay in the old system, your new account won't automatically show your past tax payments or individual invoices. This creates a lumped effect where you see raw transactions without their original tax context.
To recover, please refer to the backup reports you were prompted to download during the upgrade and manually import. If you don't have those, you can use your bank statements to manually re-enter your previous income and tax payments.
