Some of my fields are blank. Category and VAT fields lists have been emptied and won't allow any text. I've tried using another browser - same story. Am I alone?

We don't have any reported issues with this and I'm unable to replicate the issue on my end - to test this isn't caused by a cache issue on your device, please try clearing the cache on your browser for all time for our guide linked here.
