Unable to submit vat return due to hmrc server issue?

Hello Karinajfox, 

 

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

Did you try and do the submission on Friday, if so it might have submitted but shows rejected for you, you should double check with HMRC, if they have actually received it- if its rejected its marked as filed anyways so no need to do anything else with it. If it hasn’t been submitted, then can you try do some troubleshooting steps clear your cache and cookies to all time, close the browser down, reload it, log back in and try again, try a different web browser, try in an incognito/private window.

HMRC did have a few spikes earlier but it seems clear now as well.
