When I click on the link to this report , it is now blank, although I did use quickbooks to complete my tax return during that year.
QuickBooks data depends on the transactions entered and saved in your account, @lettsbill. Let me share some information about how this feature works in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).
The transactions from 2022-2023 will be visible in your account as long as they are still in our system. I want to emphasize that only existing transactions will appear. If you're encountering a blank screen or no data, it likely means that those particular transactions have been deleted.
If you previously connected a bank account and later disconnected it, this could also be the reason you’re not seeing the associated transactions. Please note that any transactions linked to disconnected accounts will typically no longer appear, while categorized transactions may still be available.
Transactions before your self-employment date are excluded from your Self-Assessment Tax Summary report, which may explain why entries before that date aren't downloaded and the data shows 0. For more information, refer to this article: Set up your tax profile in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
I’m also adding this guide on how to use QuickBooks Self-Employed reports to fill in your tax return.
We have an article to guide you in memorizing a report once you have the best customization to include all the details you need in a report.
