Intuit monthly fee increase ... again!

VERY DISAPPOINTING! When we started with QBO (after the 3 month trial) ended on 5/30/17 we were paying $40/month; on 8/1/17 went up to $50, on 8/1/18 up to $60 and now up to $70. A 75% increase in 2 years … NOT ACCEPTABLE!!

Furthermore … in attempts to sell the new Advanced you suddenly limited the number of Classes and Users!! Also NOT ok!

I will definitely begin listening to other vendors and CFO’s at other companies when they tell me they love their accounting software!

I think you already know what to do: seek out alternatives and switch.

BTW ... although totally prepared to switch ... I do really like QBO!!! So if they could get this under control I would be happy to stay.

We agree ! The new increase of $70 per month is a 16% increase annually. Please justify these Increases in our monthly fees.

Re: Intuit monthly fee increase ... again!

Intuit is getting ridiculous. I had one client go over usage by 27 accounts. Now they would theoretically have to migrate from QB online Plus to Advanced. The wholesale price goes from $30 per month to $105.

Time to take my client's elsewhere!

I'm giving serious consideration to Zoho Books. Several friends have made the switch and are really happy with it. I'm still on the fence, even though I already use Zoho CRM.

Yep-I don't recall being informed that the fee was increasing. Surprise, surprise.

We are also upset about the fee increase and don’t remember receiving notice. We like the product but have had quite a few problems with how Intuit has treated us as customers. I’m not complaining about the customer service people, but about the policies.
