Automatic expense posting app for QBO

I am looking for an application that will allow automatic expense posting using a mobile phone to photo or scan receipts. The client wants something that can be used for all expenses - both credit card, expense report or payable.  Does anyone have experience or suggestions on an easy way to narrow down the applications? I see several in the app listings but it is time consuming trying to figure out exactly what they do. Some will not work with a phone, others are for expense reports only etc.

Hello @gailfro ,

 

  Not sure if that is what you need, it is not focused on expenses only, it goes both sales and expense transactions. The app is Business Payments, it provides integration between PayPal/Square/Stripe and QuickBooks, so if you do the expenses via one of those systems, Business Payments will be able to record all the transactions to your QuickBooks automatically according to the settings of the app (it will create Sales Receipt and Expense on QBO end).
