03/07/2021 can not get payroll reports, blank screen?

For about 2 weeks I have been unable to see or print any payroll reports from the Reports section, Quickbooks Online

03/07/2021 can not get payroll reports, blank screen?

Accessing your payroll reports is my top priority, @kybluejean.

 

Allow me to present some tricks to isolate your blank payroll reports in QuickBooks Online. This way, you can review your payroll data as soon as possible.

 

I've checked our open investigation data about payroll reports are blank but I didn't see any similarities on this. With this, I'd suggest doing some primary troubleshooting steps to shut away from the issue. A bunch of cache files on your browser can sometimes cause this problem.

 

We can begin by accessing your account via incognito. These browsers won't collect any browsing histories. 

 

Here are the shortcut keys:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

 

Once logged in, re-access and print the report to verify it's already working appropriately. If it's, you'll need to go back to your usual browser and clear the cache. So, it will speed up your overall browsing experience and help fix these issues. Using other supported browsers is a good alternative too.
