You'll need to change the password in the Close the Books feature in QBO to delete the entry. You must be either a Company Administrator or the Master Administrator to change the password.
Here's how to change the password:
- Click on the Gear icon.
- Under Your Company, click Account and Settings.
- Click Advanced.
- Click on the pencil icon in the Accounting section.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Click Save.
- Click Done.
