A recent deposit was recorded and the full amuount was paid but on reports is shows a partial payment.

A recent deposit was recorded and the full amuount was paid but on reports is shows a partial payment.

Try to check if the full payment is applied to that invoice, @carlton-hudgins.

 

Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Customers menu and then Customer Center
  2. Select the Transactions tab and click Invoices
  3. Look for that invoice and check if the payment was applied.
