I have QB Pro 2018 installed and moved to QB Online. I need to access the data and reports in my desktop version and I cannot open it. I get a message saying my subscription is expired and it will not open my company. My subscription was canceled 2/8/22 and I should have access to the data for a year. How do I get to it?? I don't see any way to get around the message that my subscription has expired.
Login to your CAMPS and check your license status there. If you were using QB Desktop 2018 Pro edition with the one time license, you can reinstall your license to open your file.
Hey there, @InfoNinja.
Welcome to the Community. I can help provide you with some information about reviewing your data in your expired QuickBooks Desktop account.
Once your subscription period ends, you will no longer be able to use or access your QuickBooks Desktop account. Your company file will remain on the device, but you'll need to re-activate the service, so you can open or view the data.
In this situation, the best route would be to contact our Customer Support Team so they can assist you further.
