accessing deleted products/services in reports

I need to access a deleted product/service in reports but once it is tagged inactive I can no longer selected in a report.  How can I do it?

Welcome to the Online Community. I’d be glad to help share some insight about accessing deleted products and service.

You’re correct, that once an item is inactivated you’ll no longer be able to select it. If you want to see the details and transactions the product is associated to, then you need to reactivate it.

We always take into consideration our customers insights when enhancing the product’s features. If adding more control accessing deleted items on a report can help you run your business, I suggest sending this idea for consideration in a future update.
