Account suspended and wont resubscribe.

Try this workaround:

1. Go to your Chrome browser

2. Type chrome://settings/content/cookies

3. Find "Allow" and clink "Add" button

4. Add intuit.com and qbo.intuit.com

5. Try to resubscribe

 

If you are using other browser, you may try to add those cookies as well.

Account suspended and wont resubscribe.

Our account has been suspended and I have not been able to re-subscribe.  I believe the credit card information is incorrect, but it will not allow me to make the change.  It is also saying that no primary contact has been found, but I am listed as the owner.  Please help!

Account suspended and wont resubscribe.

Let me help you resubscribe in QuickBooks Online, dmarkman.

 

Only the master administrator of the account can change the credit card information. You can check through Settings ⚙, then  Manage users to see the list of users.

 

Let the master admin log into QuickBooks and update the billing information. Then, follow the steps below:

Part 1:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Settings ⚙ at the top.
  3. Under Your Company, choose Account and Settings
  4. Select Billing & Subscription, then Resubscribe, and enter the updated billing information.
  5. Select Subscribe.

Part 2 - important step:

  1. Log out, then log in again.
  2. Select Settings ⚙, then Account and Settings
  3. Select Billing & Subscription, then check the Next charge date. If it's a date in the past, contact Support  to prevent back-billed charges from occurring.

If you want to be the primary contact on file, you can send a request. Simply fill in this form: Request to be the master admin or primary contact.
