ACH fees are too much now for our small biz - has anyone tried other ACH processing software/apps that integrate with QuickBooks?

Hello there, Sue114,

I can provide important information about the next-day deposit.

We know cash flow is critical to small businesses and we are responding to consistent feedback that our merchants want their money faster. Additionally, our funding speed and cost haven't been in line with market standards.

As part of the terms of service, we do have the ability to make changes to the pricing or rates. We can do a review rate that can possibly reduce rates. Please refer to this article to see if you're qualified: Request a rate review of QuickBooks Payments discount fees.

About apps that are already integrated with QuickBooks, you can find one through our QuickBooks Apps website.

Thanks for being a valued QuickBooks Payments customer. Let me know if you need anything else by commenting below. I'll be right here to help you.

@Sue114

Are you running B2B or B2C?

I went to that link but it just goes to another page and there's no way that I saw to request a review? Please advise?  We're now actively looking for other solutions but if we could solve the over the top pricing charges for ACH we'd really prefer to continue as we are working with QB Online.

Thanks

Sue

Hi, Sue114.

Thanks for your interest in continuing our QuickBooks payments services. I'm here to guide you to request a review rate in QuickBooks Online.

You can request a rate review if you meet the following requirements:

  • You processed on average $7,500 per month through QuickBooks Payments in the last three months.
  • You processed with QuickBooks Payments for at least the last three consecutive months.
  • Your account doesn’t currently have funds on hold and remains in good standing.

If you qualify, you can contact our QuickBooks Payments so they can review your account. I'll show you how.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select or type Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us.

Support hours are from Monday to Friday 6 AM to 6 PM PT.

In addition, you can look for any third-party app that's already integrated with QuickBooks. Please use this link to find one:  QuickBooks Apps.

Feel free to check these handy materials for more references about QuickBooks payments:

Let us know if you have further questions about ACH payments. The Community and I will always here to help you. Have a nice day!

@Sue114

You may have other payment processors to accept ACH for free or a lower rate.
