Add Electronic Signature to QuickBooks Oline

For now, the E-signature feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is unavailable. You'll want to let our product team know how this feature benefits your business. Visit our Customer Feedback page to send your request from there. You can use this on the mobile app and Desktop version instead, As a workaround, you can manually affix your signature or search for a third-party app to integrate QBO. I've added a screenshot for your visual guide:

Is there a plan to add electronic signatures to QBO, specifically for checks? A target date? This is a major inconvenience and may cause me to drop my subscription as this is supported on QB's desktop.

Currently, this is unavailable in any of our QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscriptions. As we value your suggestions, I recommend sending your feedback to our Product Development Team. Here's how to send feedback: 

1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
2. Select Feedback under Profile.
3. Share your feedback.
4.  Click Next to submit.

In the meantime, you'll want to find some third-party applications that allow you to add an electronic signature to QBO in the Apps for QuickBooks Online webpage by following this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home/.
