Adding User to my account

When I try to add a user to my account -- it says I can have up to 5 -- I can add the first & last name and email but cannot click save, so they are not getting an invitation sent.  Please help!!!

Hi Kim616. I'm glad you reach out to the community. This issue sounds like a cached images conflict, this can cause funny things like this to happen and it's quite simple to fix.


I'm going to provide instructions for how to clear your cached images in Google Chrome the most common browser.

  1. Press Ctrl+H on your keyboard.
  2. When your history appears, click Clear Browsing Data on the left side.
  3. Next, click Basic at the top.
  4. Make sure only Cached images and files are checked.
  5. Now, just press Clear Data in the bottom right.
  6. Last, just restart the browser and try again
