I'll share the steps on how to get past the Admin prompt. You'll want to run the QuickBooks File Doctor tool. This tool helps fix company file-related issues, including Admin login issues.
Here's how to do it:
- Close QuickBooks.
- Download QuickBooks Tool Hub. Then, save the file on your Desktop.
- Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe). Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
- When the install finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.
- From the launchpad, select Company File Issues, click the QuickBooks File Doctor tool.
Once complete, restart your computer and then open your QuickBooks again.
