This usually caused by a webpage issue. Your browser stores older webpage content and might disregard newer ones from the website.
To make sure your QuickBooks Online (QBO) functions more efficiently, you can try accessing your account through an incognito window. I'll guide you how.
You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P
- Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
If it works, then go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Doing this helps delete any necessary contents stored from there and speeds up your web browsing. Otherwise, I suggest switching to another browser if the issue persists.
