Complete the short survey and select Confirm cancel.
Once done, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team. They can securely pull up your account to confirm the cancellation and process the necessary refund for you.
In case you want to talk to one of our representatives, you'll have to request a callback. Just make sure to contact them during support hours (Monday - Friday, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT and from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PT every Saturday) to ensure you'll get the help you need. Here's how:
Go to the Help menu.
Choose Contact Us.
Enter your specific concern in the What can we help you with? box.
Click Let's talk.
Select Get a callback.
Enter your contact details.
Click Confirm my call.
