Buy nowI can help you fix your display on your reports, sudhir4.
Before we start troubleshooting, I'd like to verify if it appears only on the report within QuickBooks or the browser font so I can provide the correct steps on how to fix your display preferences.
If the font happens to only have issue when viewing a report, you can repair your Adobe installation to print or view your reports. You can repair your Adobe installation by following the steps in this article: How to update, repair, or re-install Adobe Reader/Acrobat.
However, if the issue happens to other pages on your browser, you can try checking your browser settings. I can show you the steps for Google Chrome.

Please let me know in the comments how it goes. If you have other concerns about managing reports in QBO, I'm always ready to help. Take care!
Hi Catherine,
Problem seems to be the pdf version of the invoice that goes to my customers. When they open it, most of it is gibberish. I talked to someone out there and they seem to think it has something to do with the pdf viewer, the reason I don't think that is the problem is... because not everyone is seeing the same issue, some people see partial texts and some don't see any... I am attaching two examples... well nevermind... I can only attach one file. Anyhow, as you see I have highlighted few locations where you can read the letters, there is another one which is completely gibberish.
What I mentioned to the rep on the phone too is this... you guys are only giving few font choices... they seem to work for me on my personal computer, but when my customers... who have to review these invoices in order to approve them can't read them... that is an issue. I can't go and tell them to update their computer or whatever... and one thing I reminded the rep on the phone too is that we never had this issue. I have been using QB for 5+ years with the same set of customers receiving these invoices every month, this just started recently when you guys apparently made a change to your backend.
Well... I spent the last half an hour writing the reply and it just disappeared when I hit sent. Anyhow,
Please see attached, problem is not on my end... these are invoices and my customers can't open them, well they can open them but can't read them. If it was their pdf reader problem, they could not have seen anything. But as I highlighted some of the texts come thru, most of them do not.
And this started happening couple weeks ago, when you guys updated the software. I never had issues with the same group of clients for the last several years that I have been using QB. See what you can do.
Hi there, sudhir4.
This isn't the kind of experience we want your customers to have in viewing your invoices from QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'm here to guide you on the actions you need to help take care of this matter.
You can start by sending a dummy invoice to your email and then view it to see if you'll experience the same issue with your customers. If you're able to successfully view the invoice you've sent, then I'd recommend letting them perform some troubleshooting steps.
This can sometimes be caused by the browser's overtime collection of data from frequent page visits. Let your customers pull up their QuickBooks Online (QBO) account and view invoices using a private browser (incognito).
Here are the shortcut keyboards:
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Internet Explorer)
• Command + Shift + N (Safari)
• Ctrl+ Shift + N (Google Chrome)
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox)
If works, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache or use a different supported browser. This might be a temporary issue with QuickBooks and the current browser that you use.
When QuickBooks customers are having difficulty viewing invoices and other sales transactions, they need to update, repair, or re-install their Adobe Reader/Acrobat to fix the issue.
I've added this article for your future reference in case you want to personalize your sales forms in QuickBooks Online: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
