I appreciate you for providing us with the link to the forum. I can see how beneficial it is to your business to add user access to only create, view, and print sales forms without editing them. You can create custom users in your account to access sales data and customers. However, this option is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO) once you set them to Limited Standard user access.
While this option isn't available, you can submit a product suggestion to our engineers. Doing this will let them know what features would help a business like yours run even better, and they will consider that in a future update. Let me show you how:
- Go to the Gear icon at the top.
- Choose Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions then select Next.
- You'll be provided a list of suggested Help articles related to your comment. You can read through them or select Skip and send message.
- From the drop-down, choose the appropriate category, then select Send message.
Then, you can track feature requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website. Feel free to visit our User management page for more insights about managing your Intuit product users.
