However, if you contact us within business hours, I suggest accessing your QBO account through a private browsing window to see if it's a browser-related issue. You can use the following shortcut keys to access incognito mode:
- Safari: Shift + ⌘ + N
- Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
If this works, you can clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result, I recommend switching to a different supported browser.
Then, you can follow these steps to send a direct message and talk to our support:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Go to the Help icon and choose Search.
- Select the Contact Us button and briefly describe your concern.
- Click Continue and choose your preferred way to connect.
