Anyone else having issues with QBO when using Chrome. The problem started about a week ago. I'm unable to pull a "1099 Transaction Detail Report."

We have an ongoing investigation where customers encounter an error message "Something went wrong. We are working on it" when running the 1099 Transaction Detail report. This is not only limited when accessing QuickBooks Online (QBO) on Chrome.

 

Our engineers are still working on the permanent fix. Cases like this, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and add you to the list of affected users.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click Help on the top menu.
  2. Hit Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern in the Search field.
  4. Tick Let's talk.
  5. Select Start a chat, Get a callback or Get the number.
