App won't let me log in and I cant find any answers

I have the Self employed services and the app won't let me log in. It keeps giving me a message saying I can't sign in with my email cuz I do not have access to their services. Which is false

  • Close and restart the app.
  • Clear app data:
    Open your device Settings.
    Select Apps (varies by device).
    Choose the QuickBooks app from the list, then select Storage.
    Select Clear data.
  • Power down and restart your device.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app.

 

If none of these work, you can access your account through a supported web browser.

It works in the web browser but i need to track my mileage with the app.

Since you’re able to sign in through your web browser, let’s try refreshing the app data to resolve the issue.
 

To start, please ensure your device is connected to the internet.
 

If you’re using iOS:
 

  1. Open Settings, tap General, then iPhone Storage.
  2. Select QuickBooks Self-Employed.
  3. Tap Offload App and sign in.


If you’re using Android:
 

  1. Open the app.
  2. Tap Menu, go to More Options, and select Settings.
  3. Tap Refresh Data, then YES.
  4. Sign in.
