Click the (?) Help menu at the top right section of your QBO Dashboard.
Tap the Contact us button.

There are cases wherein some of the banks have multiple names in QBO. Be sure to select the correct link when logging in.
Here's what you can do:
Click on the Banking tab and select Add account in the top-right.
Open a new tab in your browser, and head to your bank's website. You'll want to be on the first log-in screen you use to access your account. Make sure you're logged out. Once you are, copy the URL from the top of the page.
Go back to your QBO account. Paste the URL into the search bar. This will ensure that you're connecting to the correct extension.
Sign in again using your bank’s login credentials.
