Batch print packing slip

Hi @herman-hrobert-c,

Welcome aboard to the Community. I can show you how to print packing slips from different invoices in QuickBooks Online.

You'll need to go to the Sales section to choose the invoices from different customers. You should be able to select the Print packing slip option from the Batch actions dropdown.

Here's how:

  1. On the left navigation bar, click Sales.
  2. Go to the All Sales tab.
  3. Choose the transactions you want to include by putting a checkmark.
  4. Press the Batch actions dropdown.
  5. Select Print packing slip
  6. Hit the Printer icon in the upper-right corner.
  7. Click Print.

I've also attached an article you can visit to know more about the troubleshooting steps you can perform if you encounter printing issues in the future: Test sequence for PDF printing issues.

Drop me a comment below if you have more questions about printing transactions in QuickBooks. I'll be happy to help you some more.

Batch print packing slip

Is there a setting that allows batch printing of packing slips? This isn't an option when I click on the Batch Actions dropdown.

Thank you for responding in this thread, krewe.

Let me guide you and share some information about printing packing slips in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

In QuickBooks Online Simple Start and Essentials, you'll need to go to each customer's profile and select the transaction to see the Print packing slips option in the Batch actions dropdown. I'll show you how:

  1. In the left menu, go to Get paid & pay.
  2. Choose Customers.
  3. Click to open the customer's profile, then go to Transaction List tab.
  4. Select the transactions.
  5. Tap the button Batch actions, then Print packing slips.

That should do it. Here's an article for more information: Create and print a packing slip.

I've also added this for your future reference: See what’s new with estimates and invoices in QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to leave a comment below and tag my name if you still have other questions about printing in QBO. I'll be in touch. Have a good day!
