QuickBooks Online (QBO) is a web-based system. You can access your account without port requirements.

 

You can change your firewall restrictions so you'll be able to log in to QuickBooks. Let's check your computer's firewall and made some alterations to its settings. Before doing so, you can consult your firewall provider or your IT guy for further guidance.

  1. Go to the Start menu.
  2. Type "firewall" into the search bar.
  3. Select the Windows Firewall option.
  4. Review your firewall settings. 
  5. Click the Advanced Settings option.
  6. Change your security rules.
  7. Select Exit.

In case your still unable to access QBO after performing  the steps above, I'd also recommend visiting the Intuit Developers forum. They can share processes with the program's protocols so  you'll be able to log in to your account.

Thank you for the update.Two issues here.

1. Contacted intuit developer team but no reply.

2. Due to security reasons all the site are blocked by the security team in the server.My team needs to work out by unblocking the  sites by providing ports a site uses. That's why am requesting you to provide the ports which qbo.intuit.com uses by working with intuit development team

I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team while you wait for our developer's response. They'll be able to check the ports that QuickBooks uses so you can log in to your account.
