Let me share some information about changing QuickBooks Desktop payment method.
Only the primary contact for your QuickBooks account can update the billing info. Please know that we'll have to use your Intuit Account info when signing in to CAMPs and this could be different from what you use to sign in to your company file.
It's possible that the account you're currently using isn't the one you've entered upon registering to QuickBooks Desktop. In case you've forgotten the email address you registered your product with, you can select I forgot my user ID or password at the bottom of the CAMPs sign-in page.
I'd also encourage getting in touch with our Customer Care Team. This way, we'll be able to help you in retrieving your account and updating your mailing address and payment method.

Select Help from the top menu bar, then choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
Click Contact Us.
