Re: Can a person who is NOT a current client upload a document to my QBOA account?

Good day, lkimble.

A person can upload a document to your QBOA account when you're their accountant.

You can ask your client to invite you as an accountant user.

Here's how:

  1. Click My Accountant.
  2. Enter the accountant's email.
  3. Click Invite.

Once done, you can receive an email that you are invited as an accountant user. You'll have to accept the invitation. This way, your client can upload documents to your QBOA account.

Leave a reply if you have other questions.

That sounds like the person needs to be on QB Online.

I was wondering if a person who does not have QB Online can upload a document to my QBOA account or do I need to use another service?

I have clients that are taxes only and don't use QB at all.

Thanks!

Laura
