Can a representative call me back? My accountant set up QuickBooks and go pay, but my transactions are not posting in my business checking account

Hi there, lee-sambito-iclo.

 

It will take around 3 to 5 banking days for the first set of payments before it's deposited to your bank account. Succeeding transactions will be deposited faster after your account is fully setup. You can log in to your account in the Merchant Service Center. It's where you can see a complete record of your transaction and payment activity. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. Click Activities & Reports, then select Deposits.
  3. Select the date range in the Dates field.
  4. Click Search.

 

We're also not able to make phone calls from the Community since this is a public forum. Follow these steps on how to reach out to our phone support team:

 

  1. Click Help in the upper right-hand corner of QBO.
  2. Look for Talk to a human and click on it. 
  3. Type in "support" or "contact support" again and press Enter.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Get help from a human.
  6. Choose between Chat with us or Have us call you

 

They're open from Monday to Friday, in betweeen 6 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time. They're also open every Saturday, from 6 AM to 3 PM PT. Here's an article for more details: QuickBooks Online Support.
