Can anyone help me. I can only login on my old chromebook. I get a blank page when I login to my microsoft 10 computer which I need to use to print. Thanks, Sande

I need to know if anyone else gets a blank screen at login on microsoft computer and how to fix this

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps so you can log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) using your Microsoft 10 computer.

 

The browsers from your Microsoft 10 computer may have data-related issues that's why you encounter a blank page when trying to log in to QBO. Let's try logging in to your QBO account using a private browser. 

 

Here's how:

 

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N on your keyboard for Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox
  • Press Command + Shift + N for Safari

Once done, go back and try to log in to your QBO account again to double-check.

 

If this works, it means that you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. 

 

If you get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different one.
