A browser-related issue might be causing the unusual behavior performed within QuickBooks. There are times that stored cache files causes printing issues. We can perform a few troubleshooting steps to get rid of it.
- Log in to QuickBooks using a private browser and let's print the report from there.
- If it looks good as expected, we can switch back to the regular browser to clear the cache.
- We can also use another browser in printing the reconciliation report. You can use Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox.
If we get the same thing, I suggest updating, repairing, or re-installing Adobe and other printing issues.
