Yes, custom reports in a group can be shared with multiple users. Make sure the employees’ access levels are set up to view them. The user type set up for your employees affects how they can perform tasks in QBO including the access levels. For example, a Standard user has limited options and will only be able to view the A/R and A/P reports.
If your worker's permissions are correct, I recommend you let them log out and log back into the company. This is to help sync the reports so they can be viewed by your employees.
