Can i add a description in all reports whereas currently i find only in invoices and statements

Of course, you can, @myra-raisinghani.

 

Add notes feature helps you add a description to your reports. You'll have to run the report first in the Reports menu. Then you can find it beside the Sort drop-down list on the upper left. 

 

Let me show you how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu on the left pane.
  2. Select a report like Profit and Loss.
  3. Click Add notes beside Sort drop-down list.
  4. Add notes or descriptions.
  5. Click the "x" button.


Great job! You now have a description added to your report.

 

You can also print the report including the description. Just hit the Printer icon on the upper right and click Print.
