Can I add an entire year? I already have 2018 but want to add 2017. I just started doing the books for a small non profit with not much activity.

I'm here to help you today so you'll be able to add your 2017 transactions.

 

If you want to add the 2017 transactions (invoices, sales receipts, and others), you have to manually record the transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

On the other hand, if you want to add the 2017 bank transactions, you have the option to import them by downloading your bank statement as a CSV file and import it into your QuickBooks account.

Hello,

  As a workaround, you can use Business Importer to import all the data needed. It supports wide variety of entities and has Free trial period, so you are able test the app and resolve your issue. The app has many useful features, which will definitely save you a pile of time spent on manual entry.
