You can contact QuickBooks Online Support, so they can review your account and provide options for you. You can also take a look at a comparison of our QuickBooks Desktop products, so you have an idea of which one is right for your business.
To contact the Support team:
- Click on Help and click the Search tab.
- Click Contact Us at the bottom.
- Enter something like change subscription and click Continue.
- Choose Start a chat or Get a callback.
If you've been using QuickBooks Online for a while now, you can export and convert your data to QuickBooks Desktop. After that, you can cancel your QBO subscription.
