Can i change my master admin user to another user?

Yes! you can definitely change the master admin, @c-vassilakos.

 

You can change it in the Gear icon then modify the Manage Users. Let me guide you through the process of transferring the MA rights to another user.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Log in your credentials in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
  2. Go through the Gear icon and choose Manage Users.
  3. If you haven’t added yet a user, click on the Add user tab.
  4. Fill out the details of the user you wanted to add and make sure to add the User type as an Admin.
  5. Let the other user accept the invite through their email.
  6. After it will be accepted, go back to the page of Manage Users.
  7. In line with that user’s name, click on the drop-down icon and choose Make master admin.

 

The other user will receive an email for confirmation of the invitation as your company’s Master Admin. After they approve the invitation, they will be granted the privilege of managing your company details in QBO.
