The option that can be made to pull up the earlier date of your bank transaction would be to manually import the transaction in your QuickBooks Online account, Ddlang. I'll outline the steps below.
The date in syncing bank transactions will depend on what has been setup with the bank. However, you can exclude the transactions that had been imported, unlink and re-link the bank account for you to put the date correctly. Additionally, the earlier transactions can't still not be imported cause QBO only allowed the last 90 days of your bank account's transaction.
Here's the process to manually upload transactions:
- Navigate to Transactions, then select Bank Transactions.
- From the Link account dropdown, select Upload from a file.
- Drag and drop or choose files to upload your bank statement.
- Click on Continue.
- Select a bank account for the transactions you are uploading manually, then click Continue.
- Specify the format and the fields of your file, then click Continue.
- Follow the provided steps and instructions to upload the older transactions.
