Can I create a report of our annual sales that includes the customer's address?

It would be nice but a quick review of what can be customized in Sales reports and the best you can do is a TRansaction By Customer report and it is the only one I found that allows the addition of billing address as a column.  Then you can add filters to , for example, only show Invoices and only paid invoices to boot. (A/R=paid) or invoices and sales receipts, eliminating the other transactions such as "payments"

Thank you for letting the community know your concern! The specific report you want can be created by running two reports in QuickBooks and merging them in Excel. First, let’s export the customer data from the Sales. Follow these directions: 


1. Go to the Sales, then select the Customers.
2. Above Action, there will be three icons. Select the second icon which is the Export options.
3. Once selected, it will automatically download.
4. Customize to your liking.


Second, let’s export the Sales by Customer Summary report or whichever one you prefer.


1. Go to reports, then scroll to Sales and Customers.
2. Select the report you need.
3. Enter the date and any additional information that you need.
4. Click Run Report.
5. At the top of the report, select the third option to Export to Excel.
6. Once that download, make necessary changes.

 

Now that you have both reports, customize the report to your liken within Excel! If you need anything else, let me know.
