I have two options that we can pull up showing the same details, kdomney.
First, using the Sales Tax Liability Report, drill-down to each tax agency to view the transactions. Just click the amount to open the transaction detail report. You can export and then collate it within Excel.
Second, we can use the Taxable Sales Detail report and customize it to get the information we need. Let me show you how:

Hello, My issue is that Washington state is asking for tax rates based on county. None of my databases collect this information, only by the state. Which means I will have to collect this manually for hundreds of sales. Any ideas? I created an excel, but it will be very time-consuming. Argh.
Thanks for following the thread, info-pillarsofex.
I'm happy to lend a hand with managing your sales taxes for Washington.
For the automated sales tax feature, QuickBooks Online (QBO) automatically generates the tax agencies and sales tax rates based on the following:
QBO also makes sure taxes and rates are updated and in line with your state standards. However, I'd still recommend checking with your accountant for more guidance on how to handle this situation.
If you want to edit your sales tax, you can follow the instructions in this article: Edit sales tax rate in QuickBooks Online.
