Can I not print accounts with zero balances on my financial reports?

Hello @abjaynes,

You can customize any of your financial reports first before printing them to remove your accounts with zero balances. Let me show you how.

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Select any of your financial reports.
  3. Click Customize.
  4. Under Show non-zero or active only, select Non-zero for rows.
  5. Click Run report.

Learn more about printing your report with this article: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, I've got you this helpful article for the steps in saving your report after customizing it: Memorizing a report allows you to save it with its current customization settings.

If you have any other questions aside from generating a report, please let me know in the comments. Stay safe!
