You can use the expense tab to print the detailed expense list and filter it to view by category. Let me guide you how to pull up the list.
- Go to Expenses, then Expenses at the top menu.
- Select the Filter drop-down, and change the Type to Expense, then choose a specific Category.
- Hit Apply.
After that, go to the Print icon to print. You'll also have the option to export the expense list to Excel for more thorough customization. Please see this article for details: Export reports, lists, and more.
