However, refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Monthly subscriptions to QuickBooks (only annual subscriptions qualify for refunds).
- Resource guides, educational or lab packs, or bulk software orders.
- Purchases made outside the United States.
- Renewals for subscriptions (refunds only apply to new purchases).
- Purchases made through mobile app stores (Google Play or Apple’s App Store). For these, you’ll need to request a refund directly through the app store.
