Hi, @jgazzilli2. Yes, you can renew your expired QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription.
To assist you effectively, could you please let me know if you're seeing a banner or message about your expired subscription? If so, please click the Resubscribe or Update billing info button and follow the prompts to renew your account.

However, if you're not seeing these options, but can still navigate your QBO account, you can follow these steps below.
- Go to the Gear icon in the upper right corner.
- Select Subscriptions and billing.
- Click the Resubscribe option and follow the online prompts to renew your account.
Otherwise, if you're completely locked out and unable to access these areas, I recommend contacting our Live Support team. They can help you regain full access to your QBO account and be able to enter transactions again.
