That's a great question! I can share some information about the profit and loss report in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Yes, you can! You can pull up the Profit and Loss Detail report instead and customize it to show all the different classes you've set up. This will also show you all the specific transactions they're associated with.
1. Go to Reports menu at the left panel, then enter Profit and Loss Detail on the search bar. 2. Click the Customize option at the upper right, then on the General drop-down, change the Report period to Last Year. 3. Now go to the Filter drop-down, put a checkmark beside Class and choose the class that you want on the drop-down. 4. Select Run report.
