Yes, you can use your QuickBooks Self-Employed account for your personal and LLC partnership filing.
For an easy way to prepare and file your taxes, you'll need to upgrade to Turbo Tax Self-Employed bundle.
The TurboTax Self-Employed lets you:
- Make online payment for federal estimated quarterly taxes
- File faster since you can export your Schedule C directly to TurboTax
- E-file one state and one federal return without filing fees.
You can upgrade to Tax Bundle after your current QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription ends to avoid overlapping payments. Let me guide you on how to upgrade in case you subscribe to the mobile app or browser:
On an iPhone or iPad (iOS)
- Select the profile icon.
- Click Settings and then Subscription.
- Swipe until you see the QuickBooks Self-Employed + TurboTax Bundle. Note: If you don't see this option, you'll need to wait until your next subscription renewal date. Then you can cancel your current QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription and resubscribe to the Tax Bundle.
- When you're ready, select Subscribe now.
- Follow the steps to upgrade.
On a phone or tablet with Android
- Click the menu ☰ icon.
- Choose your profile icon and then Subscription.
- Swipe left and select Change subscription now.
- Select Next and follow the steps to upgrade.
On a web browser
- Choose the profile ⚙ icon and then Billing info.
- Look for the TurboTax logo and select Get our Tax Bundle.
- Click Subscribe now or Switch Now.
- Follow the steps to add your payment info.
- Select Subscribe to bundle.
- When you're ready, select Done.
