Hi there, finance115.
I'll provide different steps on how to fit your QuickBooks display screen based on the version of QBO you're using.
If you're using QuickBooks on the browser, I suggest adjusting the browser's zoom settings and the font size. This way, you can change how the QuickBooks screen display on your computer.
For Google Chrome:
- Click the 3 dots and then select Settings.
- Under Appearance, click the Font size and Page zoom drop-down arrow and pick a size.
- Refresh the page, then go back to your QBO account.
For Mozilla Firefox:
- Go to the Hamburger icon and then choose Settings.
- Click the drop-down arrow beside Size, then update it.
- Refresh the page, then check the size will of your QBO account.

If you're using the QBO Desktop app, I recommend setting the screen resolution to 1280 X 800 for the best display. For additional information, you can check this article: QuickBooks App for Windows and Mac: General support.
