Can not receive email from QBO invite

Hi there, michaelmccr.

 

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. I want to make sure you're able to receive the email invite to become a user of a QuickBooks Online account. 

 

I recommend double checking any spam or junk folders in your email. Sometimes invitation messages like to hideout there. 

 

If the email is still not showing in these folders, you may need to ask the account admin to send another invite. Additionally, this write-up covers what to do if invited users didn't receive their email invitation.
