Can our QB subscription simply expire?Never happened before. Why do you suppose it’s happened now. Our monthly bill is paid through our bank account. And it’s paid. Why?

Can our QB subscription simply expire?Never happened before. Why do you suppose it’s happened now. Our monthly bill is paid through our bank account. And it’s paid. Why?

QuickBooks Online subscription automatically renews, bloomery.

 

As long as your billing information is up-to-date, your subscription will always be active.

 

If there's a need for you to update your billing information, follow these steps below:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Select Billing Subscription.
  4. To update your payment info, select Edit then enter the details.
